Who we are

Rankspire Labs Inc. (“Rankspire”, “we”) provides SEO software. This policy explains how we process personal data when you use our website and services.

Data we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, workspace and billing details.

Usage data: pages viewed, features used, device and browser information and IP address for security and analytics.

Integration data: when you connect Google Search Console we receive read-only performance data for properties you authorize. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest.

How we use data

To provide and secure the service, process payments, send transactional emails, provide support and improve the product. We do not sell personal data.

Sharing

We share data with processors that help us run the service (hosting, payments, email, data providers) under contracts that require appropriate safeguards. We disclose data when required by law.

Retention and deletion

We keep account data while your account is active. You can delete your account or a workspace from settings; associated data is deleted from production systems and removed from backups within 30 days.

Your rights
